Creative Social Media Manager (PAQ)

The Creative Social Media Manager (PAQ) will drive creative and oversee the day-to-day running of the PAQ Instagram including all posting. You will develop creative for branded social deals and fully lead the execution (including directing talent) and delivery of final assets. Alongside this, you will be constantly creating and executing new editorial formats for short form that push the visual direction and grow the Instagram account.

eCommerce Manager

We’re looking for a mid-level eCommerce Manager with experience in stock and inventory management. A highly organised, spreadsheet champion, who thrives under pressure. You will be the day-to-day contact for our webstore, ensuring products are uploaded and displayed correctly. You will be responsible for getting stock from our suppliers to our warehouse - and out to our customers. You will probably have a background in fashion or retail, and understand the challenges of running an eCommerce site in this sector. You will liaise with our customer service team to ensure any issues are quickly rectified.

eCommerce Operations

We’re looking for a mid-level eCommerce operations Manager with experience in stock and inventory management. A highly organised self starter capable of working across a range of tasks throughout the day with a strong attention to detail. Roles and responsibilities to include warehousing and stock management, daily management of the webstore, overseeing the fulfilment of orders, shipping and returns and any customer service queries. You will also be responsible for daily reporting of sales and KPIs. You will ideally have a background in fashion retail and be confident managing periods of high volume traffic and orders and good at problem solving. Previous experience of shopify and google analytics is also desirable.

We’re looking for a mid-level eCommerce marketing executive to be the driving force behind optimising our merchandise ranges. You will have a passion for creating content and in executing solutions to maximise sales. Junior Video Editor

You will be working alongside 3 other Junior Video Editors to sync footage and make selects across episodes of both shows. You will often be asked to assemble sections of episodes so 6 months to a year of experience in editing is required:

  • Must have finished their University course and be available to start immediately.
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Basic knowledge of Photoshop and VFX is a huge bonus.
  • Must have experience of transcoding, syncing (manually or with the aid of software i.e Pluraleyes or Tentacle Sync).
  • Experience of working with multi-cam sequences.

Senior Video Editor

You will be working above 4 Junior Editors and alongside 3 other Senior Editors on continuing to nail our very specific Kyra editing style and aesthetic. Natural creative flair and a sense of humour are a must. You should have at least 2 years experience working on Adobe Premiere and must be confident leading full episodes. A knowledge of basic GFX, sound mixing and colour grading are a definite bonus.

Styling Assistant

We’re looking for a Styling Assistant to join the NAYVA team, reporting directly to the Stylist for the show. This is a very fast-paced role, in which you will be calling in pieces for the show, as well as returning them, do research for upcoming projects, assist in building decks and planning for the episodes and social shoots, together with the Stylist. You will be assisting the Stylist on all the shoots for the show.

You would already have experience in the industry, preferably an editorial background, and know how to do call-ins, create mood boards, styling decks, prep for shooting and build important relationships between the team and various PR’s. You will have good knowledge of contemporary and upcoming brands. As you’ll be working in a small team, ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks is essential.

Freelance Designer

Kyra is hiring a freelance Designer with experience in graphic design and streetwear design to work on the development of a new clothing brand.

Your role will include:

Conceptual design and brand identity for a new streetwear label

Line Producer

We’re looking for a Line Producer to join our Los Angeles office to work across original unscripted shows. As Line Producer, you will work alongside a team of Producers, Directors, Editors, and Production Coordinators to ensure all productions are developed efficiently, on time, and within budget. Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate edit bay scheduling and workspace
  • Coordinate production and post-production work
  • Independently manage multiple production schedules
  • Partner with Finance to determine and implement best practice for workflows

We’re looking for a Production Coordinator in Los Angeles to work on the original unscripted show, NAYVA. If you’re a hustler and fierce negotiator this is the role for you. As the Production Coordinator you will be the bridge between the production team and the presenters, ensuring they are involved in all aspects of the process. You will be the primary point of contact for the presenters and facilitate effective communication between all internal teams and the presenters. Responsibilities:

  • Support the NAYVA production team and presenters from end-to-end
  • Manage all elements of a production as a whole: budgets, shoots, schedules
  • Liaise and work closely with the presenters to ensure they are properly briefed ahead of shoots
  • Work closely with the production team and presenters to come up with episode ideas
  • Ensure presenters’ calendars are always up to date and accurate
  • Complete risk assessments prior to shoots, coordinate release forms, insurance indemnities and maintain records
